This week I am lucky to be returning once again to the Mas de Riols. This wonderful old house is situated just after Bedarieux on the Clermont L'Herault road. The house is about 1 mile from the main road in an extremely secluded and peaceful spot and the huge garden is perfect for dining al fresco. The picture of the sunset was taken on my drive home and is the village of Autignac..beats the views that I used to have on my daily commute from Twickenham to Ascot! On the menu tonight...seared Tuna steaks with Tarragon pesto
