All our chalet cookery courses take place at La Vieille Forge which is our guest house in SW France. We are situated in the Languedoc National Park which is approximately 30 minutes from Beziers which is served by Ryanair. Ryanair also fly to Carcasonne which is only an hour from Berlou.

La Vieille Forge provides a realistic working environment for the course and we have wi-fi, UK satellite TV and all of our rooms are en-suite. If you attand a couse in summer then swimming in the local rivers is a lovely way to spend the afternoon and when the weather turns cooler we have some excellent mountain biking and hiking on our doorstep.
