I have been a professional caterer for over 20 years, working in France, Switzerland, Australia and the United Kingdom, my country of birth. My experience of the hospitality and catering industry is diverse, ranging from chef roles in small restaurants, boutique hotels and larger hotel chains, to event management in corporate and private hospitality venues at prestigious events including the Rugby World Cup, The Ryder Cup, Royal Ascot and the 2012 Olympic Games.

Mountain Relish was established in 2009 to focus on catering and lifestyle services, as a natural progression from the high quality chalet holidays I co-managed with my Winter Adventure Company business partner in Courchevel and Val Thorens. As director of Mountain Relish, I oversee the day-to-day running of the business and recruitment of staff, manage client relationships, quality-assure all our services and use the lessons of my own experience to offer business consultancy services.

The Mountain Relish philosophy reflects my own passion for food and commitment to high standards, and is shared by all members of the Mountain Relish team. We use only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients and our mission is to provide a unique dining experience in the comfort of your own chalet. Equally, if you’re looking for advice to support your business you can expect the highest standards of professionalism and a bespoke service that suits your needs.
