The following Terms and Conditions together with the general information contained on our website form the basis of the agreement with Mountain Relish ("we" and/or "us")  whose registered office is situated at 4 Rue de Burguet, Berlou 34360, France, SIRET 51380378300010. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.

How to book

We must receive confirmation in writing that you wish to make a reservation. No contract shall exist between the client and us until we receive this confirmation along with the specified deposit.

Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation we require the following deposits per person:-
All fully catered and heat and serve packages - 25% of the total amount due
Dinner Party - 50% of estimated total amount
Lifestyle services - 50% of total amount, eg: transfers, ski instruction, guides etc

The balance for a dinner party can be paid in resort in local currency or by credit card. The balance for all fully catered and heat and serve packages must be paid by BANK TRANSFER 6 weeks before the date of arrival. The remaining balance for all lifestyle services must be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date. The client is liable for the full value of the booking and if full payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel all arrangements made without further notice to the client and levy appropriate cancellation charges as outlined in these terms.

Alteration by the client

Any changes to a confirmed booking must be made by email and as soon as possible.

Cancellation by the client

Cancellation must be made by sending us an email and will become effective when we have sent you notification of receipt.
The following cancellation charges apply:
cancellation within 60 days of arrival - loss of deposit
cancellation within 21 days of guests arrival - 100% of total reservation less deposit

Lifestyle services - Cancellation charges will be levied by the individual supplier and you will be informed of these at the time of booking
