Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum group size for this package?
Yes, the minimum group size is 8 adults. We will accept bookings for smaller groups but the minimum payment would be for 8 adults. Smaller groups may also find our heat and serve meals of interest.
What about children?
We are happy to accept groups with children. We charge 225€ for a child from 5 - 12 years old and 50€ for children 4 years and younger (2 years and younger there is no charge). Childrens meal is served at 6-6.30pm to allow adults the time to put younger children to bed before dining themselves.
When does the service start and end?
Our service begins with dinner on Saturday evening and ends after breakfast the following Saturday morning. Staff day off is normally wednesday although this is flexible. Often clients prefer that the service is continuous, finishing after breakfast on Friday, allowing them to enjoy a local restaurant on the final evening of their holiday.
What if we have a vegetarian in our group?
We can cater for vegetarians, vegans and those with special dietary requirements such as coeliacs. Please advise at time of booking.
Who chooses the menus?
The menu for the week is chosen by the chef who will be catering for you. They will write a menu based on the information you have provided before arrival taking into account any special dietary requirements, allergies or special requests.
