Originally from Barcelona Janaina graduated in International Culinary Arts in Switzerland. She then went on to complete  a masters degree at the prestigious Basque Culinary Centre in San Sebastian, a region of Northern Spain well known as the world´s capital of gastronomy. This gave Janaina the opportunity to cook in the best kitchens in Spain and around the world.

In her own words her main goal is to bring all her knowledge and passion for food to your table, providing you, your family and your guests with an unforgettable and unique gastronomic experience. We are delighted to have her on our team this winter
