Tom was born in Nottingham and in his own words "my parents introduced me to skiing before I could walk" so what better place than the mountains to come back too and learn how to cook!
Tom has worked in all three valleys since and even spent two years in Meribel working for the family who inspired “Chalet Girl.”
In more recent years he was back in his home town of Nottingham where he was Senior Events chef at a well known countryside wedding venue.
Now based in Les Menuires, you might well see Tom being dragged up the Belleville Cols with his ex-army - ski instructor father-in-law when he is not busy cooking delicious food for clients on holiday in Val Thorens or Les Menuires.
