Originally from the Dolomites, Elisa began her private chef career in Val D'Isere but more recently has based herself in Meribel, a resort she loves.
With a strong hospitality background she mastered her craft working in larger establishments across Italy and in her own words loved learning about the unique and diverse flavours and dishes from the various regions of her home country.
Four years ago she decided to leave the world of larger restaurants and hotels so that she could focus on providing a more personalised service and enjoy a closer connection with her clients.
