Elisa is an Italian freelance private chef cooking in Meribel and Courchevel. Born in Italy and raised in the Dolomites, she grew up surrounded by food and cooking, then worked in hospitality across Italy, where each province taught her something new about its typical flavours and dishes.
Five years ago she left the big restaurant kitchens to prepare food with more care and attention, and to work in direct contact with her clients. She began as a private chef in Val d'Isère and has spent the last two seasons in the Three Valleys, cooking dinner parties and catered ski chalet packages. Her food is handmade, from fresh pasta to classic Italian and Mediterranean dishes.
