- Dinner rate refers to a dinner service only,  while day rate is for the provision of breakfast and dinner. 

- Rates are given as a guideline and the exact rate will be quoted once all details of a reservation have been received. This will be dependent on the size of your group. The rates quoted are for the smallest size group the individual chef will cater for. 

- The chef rate is a labour charge only and groceries, wine etc are not included in this price.
