Emma trained to become a private chef in Val d’Isère and now bases herself in the three valleys, where she has five years of high-end, luxury hospitality experience in Méribel and Courchevel. She has a profound love for food, and loves to travel with her work, experiencing local ingredients and discovering foodie secrets.

 

Emma loves to provide colourful, nutritious food with deep flavours and interesting associations: food with a story. She is happy to accommodate special occasions, dietary preferences and allergies, and is always interested to learn more about you and your favourite foods.

 

Emma recently trained with the Ashburton Cookery School in the UK with a view to moving into the yachts next summer season. She has worked in ski chalets, luxury villas, private homes, hunting lodges, sailing boats and even the occasional chateau. She is friendly and discrete with years of experience working with high net worth individuals. Whatever your tastes, Emma will take great care of you and your group.
