Originally from a seaside town in Ireland Nicole has been working as a private chef for over ten years. After graduating from culinary college in 2010 she worked as a sous chef in various restaurants in Ireland before travelling to France and northern Italy to further her knowledge. Her experience ranges from fine dining restaurants, to large scale catering, chalet chef work and outdoor catering events.
She is happiest cooking fresh seafood and local fresh produce, vegan cuisine, and has a strong passion for all things bread and sourdough!
