About the Opportunity

The Alpine Example Collection is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Private Chef to join our team for the 2026/27 winter season.

We operate a small collection of luxury private chalets in the French Alps, providing exceptional accommodation and personalised experiences for our guests.

The successful chef will be responsible for creating fresh, seasonal menus tailored to individual guests, with a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, presentation and relaxed luxury.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys working independently and delivering a genuinely personal dining experience.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a professional chef with previous private, chalet or high-end hospitality experience.

Ideally, you will have:
Experience cooking for private clients or small groups

A passion for seasonal, quality ingredients

Strong organisational and communication skills

The ability to create menus around dietary requirements and guest preferences

A professional and friendly approach

The confidence to work independently

Experience in French, Mediterranean or modern European cuisine would be advantageous, although we're open to chefs with a wide range of culinary backgrounds.

Further Information

This position is based in Courchevel for the winter 2026/27 season.

The role would suit a chef who enjoys the variety of private dining and wants to build strong relationships with guests while having the freedom to bring their own personality and creativity to the menu.

Previous chalet experience is preferred, but talented chefs from other professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
